Collaboration is at the core of what we do. We have searched far and wide to bring together a team of professionals that share our values and excel at what they do. They share our dedication to measurable results and commitment to delivering exceptional work. They are doers. This global network of suppliers that we admire and trust allows us to assemble the ultimate team for every project bringing the best minds available to the problem or opportunity at hand.
At the core of every project is our Tasmanian–based team. We manage and implement projects and campaigns both locally and abroad. We love what we do. Our mantra is to do the work we love with people we love to work with. We are an extension of our client’s teams. They invest in us, and we are invested in them because their success is our success.

Alice is a Master of Photography and an Honorary Fellow of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography. Alice specialises in commercial portraiture, food photography and editorial work.
Alice’s photographic education began before she could remember, working alongside her father, photographer Richard Bennett. Richard taught Alice to photograph ocean racing yachts from Cessna aeroplanes and helicopters, amongst other things. Alice worked alongside her father photographing Sydney Hobart Yachts Races for many years including the infamous 1998 Sydney to Hobart Race. Alice completed a diploma of Photography in 1997 at Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE under the tutelage of Australian photographic legend Doug Spowart.
Prior to specialising in commercial photography Alice photographed weddings for 16 years. In this fast paced, unpredictable environment Alice learnt to create images where the goal was to always make people feel comfortable and beautiful. Alice is able to take these skills in to forests, factories, kitchens and board rooms to always create images fulfilling the clients brief, while bringing out the best in her subjects. Alice has published four books including the coffee table books Country Houses of Tasmania and Living in History, published by Allen and Unwin. Bream Creek Farmers Market the Cookbook and Africa, are both self-published.

Tim is based in Ulster, Ireland, born in the industrial heartland of Belfast. Tim studied graphic design at Ulster University and began his graphic design career in 1999 working for Triplicate Design in Belfast. In 2003 he moved to Slater Design, where he was the award-winning Creative Director of a nationally respected and critically acclaimed ICAD Bell.
Tim is a prominent figure in the design community, performing lecturing duties throughout the UK and Ireland, and a judge for International Society of Typographic Designers in Ireland. For many years he was a keen player within the INI Government Design Directorate Program advising and directing business exporting to international markets.
In 2017 Tim moved to Australia to take on a role as Creative Director of a Melbourne-based creative firm Caramel Creative. At the same time, Claire was consulting to Caramel as their Communications Director. The two struck up a superb working relationship. After returning to the UK in 2019, Tim and Claire reconnected with Tim joining the Claire Bennett Agency as Creative Director.
Tim has an in-depth approach to design, working closely with all his clients to draw out a brand’s key attitudes, which form the basis of graphic solutions that are both strategically focused and visually compelling.
Tim is a specialist in identity design, branding, packaging, exhibitions and website design where the outcome needs to be one of effectiveness and quality. His brand storytelling and his fusion of commerciality and aesthetics has led him to form long relationships with his global clients to support the worldwide management of their brands.
Mike has 30 years’ communication experience. He’s fast and strategically minded, with a wide tonal range: from crisp, precisely engineered logic to emotive, lyrical narrative. Mike is equally at home tackling ad campaigns, brand strategies, website copy, verbal identity guides, brochures, white papers, speeches and anything else that involves communicating in interesting, compelling ways. Copywriting he says, “is all I’ve ever done and all I ever want to do.”
For the first 20 years of his career Mike worked full-time in UK ad agencies, starting out as a copywriter and then eventually as a creative director. But you don’t get to write a lot of copy when you’re managing people and he missed it. So, for the past 12 years Mike has been freelancing for a great bunch of agencies and direct clients who value insight, ideas and clarity. The Claire Bennett Agency is now lucky enough to be one of them!
